Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs regular maintenance and supervisory duties for building and common-area components, including repairs, installations, inspections, material procurement, and coordination of maintenance technicians. The role requires two to three years of experience in at least two of the listed trades, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, construction and maintenance knowledge, tool proficiency, safety awareness, communication skills, and reliable transportation. The stated salary is $22–$27.
