Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities and equipment, including basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, and plumbing work. The role also monitors and services HVAC equipment, troubleshoots equipment or facility problems, and performs routine inspections. It is based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, supports a second shift, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, tool proficiency, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, on-site availability, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
