North Central College is hiring one full-time General Maintenance/HVAC-Assistant Laborer to inspect buildings, perform preventative maintenance, repair and assist with replacement of HVAC and related mechanical and electrical systems, maintain building access areas, coordinate with building users and contractors, and support building projects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of building maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA universal refrigerant certification. The position pays $25.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision group insurance plus other benefits.
