Description
The General Maintenance / Painter maintains and repairs equipment and building woodwork, including bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, and doors, in areas such as clean rooms, garages, offices, restrooms, and mechanical rooms. The role involves painting walls, woodwork, and fixtures; preparing surfaces; selecting and mixing paints; and applying paint with brushes, rollers, and spray guns. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required, and on-the-job training is provided; one year of similar work experience is preferred.
