The General Maintenance Worker – Plumber maintains, repairs, and installs plumbing and water distribution systems in a hospital facility. Responsibilities include preventive inspections, leak and fixture repairs, emergency plumbing service, troubleshooting, safety compliance, documentation, and coordination with other maintenance personnel. The role requires at least a high school education, TESDA NCII Plumbing certification, two years of building maintenance experience specializing in plumbing, and background in carpentry, welding, and construction.
