Description
The General Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations and maintenance of Coast Transit Authority facilities, including janitorial work, repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, contractor and vendor management, safety compliance, budgeting, and fleet vehicle upkeep. The role requires advanced maintenance skills, independent judgment, physical endurance, a high school diploma or equivalent, 7–10 years of facility support or building maintenance experience, and availability for on-call or 24-hour work. Compensation is a minimum of $60,000 for full-time employment.
