Description
The Airport Grounds and Fleet Division Manager oversees the maintenance of airport-owned vehicles, equipment, airfield pavement, streets, parking lots, markings, signage, grounds, landscaping, and irrigation systems. The role directs supervisors, equipment operators, and mechanics; establishes goals and schedules; manages budgets, contractors, work orders, pavement repairs, snow and ice control, and asset inventories; and develops training and safety programs. The position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., requires five years of regulatory-compliance experience and five years of supervisory experience, and requires a valid Kansas driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, and completion of required airport security and driver training.
