Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors, flooring, lighting, and ceilings. The role responds to work orders, conducts facility walkthroughs, documents maintenance activities, maintains tools and supplies, and supports emergency and after-hours needs. Applicants need a valid driver's license, 2–4 years of general maintenance or facilities experience, basic knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting ability, and strong communication and computer skills.
