Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment, facilities, and mechanical areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, conveyor, and structural repairs. The role also involves troubleshooting minor problems, routine repairs, housekeeping, ladder climbing, and operating scissor and boom lifts. Candidates need 1–2 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of building maintenance and occupational safety, hand and power-tool skills, and authorization to work in the United States.
