Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair across residential communities, rental units, office buildings, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities include responding to service calls and emergency repairs, completing change-of-occupancy work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, painting, landscaping, and other property maintenance tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of work-related experience, and basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
