Hickam Communities is hiring a General Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work in residential communities, rental units, office buildings, grounds, and parking lots. The role responds to service calls and emergency repairs, handles plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, painting, landscaping, and other property maintenance tasks, documents work orders, and maintains vehicles and equipment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical competency.
