Description
The Maintenance Worker performs construction repairs, renovations, fabrications, modifications, and maintenance of building and office surfaces, including walls, doors, windows, framing, cabinets, flooring, roofing, hardware, and other building components. The role also includes painting, glazing, cabinet making, tile setting, masonry, locksmith work, and other assigned tasks. The position pays $26.68 per hour for a 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. shift, requires at least five years of maintenance-trade experience, a valid driver’s license, and United States citizenship, and may require overtime.
