Koniag Professional Services is hiring a union General Maintenance Worker to support mechanical and electrical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewage, structural, and preventive maintenance functions. The role includes entering and closing service requests in NCMMS/MAXIMO, responding to service calls, performing minor repairs and adjustments, maintaining building systems and mechanical rooms, and assisting with groundskeeping tasks. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, two years of general maintenance experience, basic knowledge of building trades, NCMMS training, CFC certification, and one of three specified HVAC certifications.
