Description
The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for a Wingstop restaurant, overseeing people development, hiring, training, scheduling, safety, financial performance, operational standards, facilities, risk management, and team culture. The role requires at least five years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability to work 50–60 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $50,000–$55,000 plus bonus.
