Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a collision center, deliver an exceptional customer experience, achieve KPI and insurance metrics, manage budgets and financial activity, oversee repair-facility personnel and production, maintain safety and quality standards, and coach team performance. The role requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role. Compensation is $67,000–$96,000 yearly, with potential bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, parental leave, and employer-paid disability and life insurance.
