Le Pain Quotidien is hiring a General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant, with responsibilities spanning guest experience, team development, operational execution, food safety and compliance, financial performance, and inventory management. The role requires at least two years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant, hospitality group, or comparable environment, along with P&L ownership, hospitality leadership, and a New York City Food Handlers License. The annualized salary range is $70,000 to $82,000 plus a bonus, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement matching, and other benefits.
