Arch Amenities Group is hiring a General Manager for its Lifestyle/Residential department to oversee daily operations of a business unit, facility, or location. The role focuses on operational leadership, team management, customer experience, business development and membership growth, and compliance and safety. The General Manager will manage staffing, budgets, vendor relationships, employee development, customer service, and membership sales, while also supporting wellness-driven services such as personal training and group exercise offerings.
