The role reports to the UK Operations Manager and leads people development, local community and brand partnerships, commercial and P&L performance, hospitality operations, guest recovery, health and safety, food safety, compliance, audits, and risk management. Candidates should have 3–5 years of General Manager experience, strong KPI and commercial acumen, people leadership and emotional intelligence, hospitality or competitive socialising experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
