Bitpanda is hiring a General Manager Advanced Trading (Fusion) to own the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and platform evolution of its advanced trading ecosystem. The role combines product strategy, trading expertise, technology leadership, and team leadership to drive trading activity, customer engagement, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance across crypto, equities, commodities, and derivatives. It requires substantial experience leading cross-functional teams in trading or investment technology, deep knowledge of market structure and scalable infrastructure, and experience in regulated financial environments. The position offers a hybrid working model and total compensation including stock options.
