Sheridan Investments is hiring a full-time General Manager for a Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurant. The role leads daily restaurant operations, manages inventory and food costs, creates schedules, oversees labor, hires and trains staff, provides customer service, ensures food safety and sanitation compliance, and handles cash management. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of restaurant General Manager experience, leadership and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and day and night shifts. The position offers a starting salary of $55,000 annually plus bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, referral programs, and paid training. The work is on-site at a location to be determined.
