ARDEX is hiring a General Manager to lead ARDEX Norge with full P&L responsibility, commercial execution, organizational development, and growth across sales, distributors, customers, and project and PMO activities. The role involves leading a nine-person team, developing commercial strategy, strengthening key accounts, improving pricing and sales efficiency, and representing the company in the Nordic leadership group. The position is based at ARDEX Norge’s Oslo office, with home-office flexibility and regular travel in Norway, the Nordic region, and relevant group meetings.
