Alan is hiring a Canada General Manager to serve as the right-hand to the Canada GM, owning strategy and operations for the Canadian insurer. The role is responsible for operating cadence, building new products and processes, executing provincial licensing and regulatory filings, developing AI automation, leading cross-functional decisions, and covering leadership when needed. It requires a Toronto-based, five-days-per-week office commitment, with consulting, banking, M&A, startup, or founder experience preferred, and offers salary plus equity, health coverage, a monthly TTC pass, and other benefits.
