Description
Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa is seeking a General Manager to lead the resort's commercial growth, operational excellence, guest experience, and major refurbishment and enhancement projects. The role reports to ownership and works closely with Accor and the Cluster General Manager, overseeing the Executive Committee, hotel teams, revenue and marketing strategies, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need substantial experience as a Hotel General Manager with an international brand, including leading major renovation or transformation projects, strong commercial and financial performance, and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related discipline.
