Acme Tools is hiring a General Manager for its Minot, North Dakota location. The role oversees all site operations, including equipment sales, inventory purchasing, pricing, service and repair operations, staffing, performance management, budgets, forecasts, customer complaints, supplier negotiations, promotions, safety, and public relations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience, at least three years of management experience with full P&L oversight, strong leadership and financial analysis skills, and knowledge of equipment dealership operations. The position requires relocation to Minot, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and occasional Saturday work.
