Action Property Management is hiring a General Manager to lead the daily operations and overall management of the One Mission Bay residential community in San Francisco. The role oversees on-site staff, homeowner and Board relationships, property quality and safety, budgets, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, community engagement, and strategic planning. Candidates should have at least three years of property management experience, preferably high-rise HOA experience, CMCA certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, and strong leadership, communication, financial, and presentation skills. The position offers compensation of up to $160,000, Monday–Friday business hours, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
