Applied Composites is seeking a General Manager to oversee business-unit or broader-process operations, establish policies and objectives, develop strategies, analyze performance data, manage budgets and resources, and lead employee hiring, training, performance, compensation, and disciplinary processes. The role requires a post-secondary degree in business administration or management or equivalent education and experience, 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management tools.
