Description
CMC is hiring an onsite General Manager for its condominium community in NW Washington, DC. The role oversees office, administrative, and maintenance projects, including capital improvements; serves as a liaison among homeowners, the Board of Directors, management staff, vendors, and contractors; and handles community inspections, violation notices, resident inquiries, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor selection, maintenance scheduling, board meetings, communications, and architectural review follow-up. The annual salary is $75,000–$85,000.
