Bartaco is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop and mentor managers and hourly staff, drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, manage budgets and revenue, oversee inventory and compliance, and represent the brand in the community. The role requires three years of restaurant General Manager experience, strong hospitality and leadership skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 yearly, with medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, retirement matching, and other benefits.
