The role leads Shift Managers and department teams, manages staffing, scheduling, revenue, labor, and operational reports, supports guest experience and escalations, maintains brand and safety standards, handles hiring and performance management, and oversees inventory, vendors, and compliance. The position requires approximately five years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience, with hospitality, spa, wellness, or restaurant experience preferred, and offers $80,000 plus bonus, medical, vision, and dental insurance, unlimited admission, and service discounts.
