Bear Paddle Swim School is hiring a Swim School Manager to oversee the overall success of a swim school, including financial goals, swim lesson quality, customer service, facility standards, daily operations, staff leadership, hiring and training, student progress, and water and facility safety. The role manages 15–25 employees and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree and two or more years of management experience are preferred, while aquatic experience is not required because training is provided.
