Birdcall is hiring a full-time General Manager to lead a restaurant crew of 20–100, oversee guest experience and food quality, manage back-of-house readiness, recruit and train staff, forecast labor and sales, control food and labor costs, maintain inspections and safety standards, and handle accounting duties. The role pays $60,000–$75,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses, offers medical, dental, and vision coverage after an intro period, and requires at least a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, budgeting and basic math skills, a valid driver's license, local travel ability, and the ability to obtain an alcohol service permit.
