The role owns the store’s profit and loss, drives revenue through local programming, marketing, partnerships, and sales, manages operations and compliance, leads recruitment and team development, and maintains guest satisfaction. Candidates need entrepreneurial leadership, at least six years of store leadership experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, and a salary of $75,000–$85,000.
