CAMP is hiring a full-time General Manager to serve as Head of Attraction for its Aventura Mall store. The role owns the store’s profit and loss, drives revenue through local programming, marketing, partnerships, and sales, manages 50+ employees, oversees operations and compliance, and builds a high-performing team. Candidates need at least six years of business and store leadership experience, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, sales coaching, and people-management skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, performance bonuses, flexible scheduling, and a base salary of $80,000–$90,000.
