Flik Hospitality is hiring a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the BRAND NEW United Club at SFO Airport. Reporting to the Resident District Manager, the role manages the account’s P&L and budgeting, daily operations, hiring and counseling, scheduling, payroll, team training, customer and client relations, and culinary programs. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, leadership, and customer-service skills; a hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, while five years of foodservice operation experience and high-volume production and catering experience are preferred or essential. The salary is $100,000–$110,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other employee programs.
