Flik Hospitality is hiring a Floating General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, P&L and budgeting, HR functions, scheduling, payroll, team training, customer relations, and culinary programs across multiple airport lounges. The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong communication, leadership, foodservice, and customer-service skills. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, while five years of foodservice operation experience and high-volume production and catering experience are preferred or essential. The position pays $125,000–$130,000 and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
