Flik Hospitality is hiring a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Capital One Landing at LaGuardia Airport. Reporting to the District Manager, the role manages the account’s P&L and budgeting, HR functions, scheduling, payroll, team training, customer and client relations, and culinary programs. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, leadership, food quality, and customer service skills; a hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, while five years of foodservice operation experience and high-volume production and catering experience are required. The salary is $140,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
