Description
The Iberian Pig is hiring a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, including guest experience, accounting and administrative reporting, marketing and sales, human resources, hiring, training, and daily opening and closing operations. The role requires at least three years of hospitality experience, including proven experience as a Lead Server, Dining Room Manager, or equivalent management leadership in a fine-dining restaurant. Compensation is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) employer match, and other benefits.
