Description
CLEAR is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations of an airport location, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers who provide security, customer service, and sales using CLEAR technology. The role owns KPI execution, hires and develops staff, manages payroll and scheduling, builds relationships with TSA, airlines, and airport partners, and requires at least 80% floor time. Candidates need at least six years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment, experience managing both salaried and hourly employees, KPI reporting experience, and availability for non-traditional schedules. The total compensation range is $100,000-$137,500 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
