Description
The General Manager Operations will oversee the performance of the service business in an assigned territory or markets, including customer and vendor communication, quote preparation, workload and resource planning, budget management, hiring and supervision, proposal coordination, and operational compliance with cost, quality, safety, schedule, OSHA, and client requirements. The role requires travel, a high school diploma, OSHA 30, a valid driver's license, and at least 10 years of experience managing a department for multiple commercial HVAC installation and maintenance jobs.
