Description
The General Manager oversees hourly store operations in a pizza business, including operating equipment, stocking and preparing products, receiving telephone orders, inventory and paperwork, cleaning, directing activities, meeting quality standards, and making operational decisions. The role may also include delivery and store-management duties, requiring a valid driver's license, safe driving record, insured vehicle, navigation, and customer delivery. Training is provided on the job.
