RPM Pizza is hiring a General Manager to oversee overall performance of a high-volume Domino’s franchise store. The role leads and develops team members, ensures food safety and brand compliance, manages sales, labor, inventory, cash, scheduling and forecasting, delivers product quality and customer service, handles concerns, operates kitchen equipment, and supports local marketing. The position requires 40+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical store work and occasional driving for deliveries or marketing.
