Description
This role involves assisting in the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of various operational aspects such as sales, cost control, employee retention, customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include managing store operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, supervising food preparation, supporting team members during openings and closings, actively participating in food preparation and customer service, controlling cash, and contributing to overall sales and service goals.
