Description
RPM Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead overall store performance, team development, food safety, customer service, sales, labor, inventory, scheduling, forecasting, and financial results. The role requires AM4 or prior General Manager status with District Manager approval, completion of the General Manager in Training Program or equivalent, proven success in a high-volume environment, strong math, technology, and leadership skills, background and drug screening clearance, and required food safety certification. The position works 40-plus hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may require driving for deliveries or local marketing.
