The role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor and food costs, food quality, customer service, compliance, and store performance while coaching and developing employees. It is a hands-on leadership position requiring customer service, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, time-management, delegation, and scheduling flexibility. Previous leadership or management experience is preferred, and the role requires applicants to be at least 18 with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
