Description
The General Manager is responsible for running a food-service delivery operation, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving telephone and in-person orders, handling inventory and paperwork, cleaning the facility, processing payments, delivering products and promotional materials, navigating delivery areas, and leading, coaching, and training employees. The role requires customer service, communication, numeracy, computer or touchscreen order entry, physical mobility, driving, and accurate hand-eye coordination.
