RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise in the United States, is hiring a General Manager to oversee store operations, team leadership, customer service, product quality, local marketing, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, operational management, compliance with health and safety standards, and prior advancement within RPM (AM4 or prior GM with approval), along with GMITO training, background and drug screening, and proficiency in math and technology.
