Description
The General Manager oversees every aspect of store operations and is responsible for the store's performance. The role is salaried with potential monthly bonuses based on operating results, requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts, and typically involves five or six days per week, including weekend day and evening shifts. Candidates may come through the company's CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager ranks, or have prior industry experience; the position may lead to franchise ownership.
