RPM Pizza is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a Domino’s franchise store, including team leadership and coaching, customer service, product quality, safety and health-code compliance, inventory and cash management, sales and labor performance, local marketing, scheduling, and operational excellence. The role is salaried, requires working 40-plus hours with flexible nights and weekends, and offers bonus opportunities plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits for eligible enrolled employees. Candidates must be an AM4 or prior GM in good standing, complete GM training or equivalent, demonstrate high-volume store supervision and team-member training, pass background and drug tests, and obtain food-safety certification.
