RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring a General Manager to oversee overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence across a Domino’s location. The role focuses on leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety and brand standards, managing sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting, and resolving customer and employee concerns while working a 40+ hour schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
