RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating 160+ stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring a General Manager responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, operational excellence, food safety, customer service, financial performance, and local store marketing. The role includes training and developing team members, managing sales, labor, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, maintaining brand and safety standards, and working 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
